Christine Ridgway

Christine Ridgway has extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare and education sectors. Christine is currently the BDC Director of Operations at Crossway Baptist Church, where they oversee the organizational activities and promotes the BDC Initiative. Prior to this, Christine worked at Teleflex Incorporated as a Senior Clinical Educator, where they led strategic projects and developed innovative solutions to support business outcomes. Earlier in their career, Christine worked as an Education Consultant, Critical Care Education Consultant, Volunteer Assistant Curator at Historic Royal Palaces, National Clinical Educator at Mayo Healthcare, and Sessional Lecturer as an Independent Contractor.
