Jen Nafziger has an extensive work experience. Jen began their career in 2007 as an English Copy Editor for Taiwan Fun Group and an English Content Developer for ili Design Consultancy. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for Manpower Inc., a Reporter for the Confucius Institute at the University of Chicago, and a Writer for Demand Media. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Interim Co-Director/Assistant Director for the University of Chicago Office of International Affairs, where they supervised and coached a team of five full-time international student advisers and one immigration specialist. In 2019, they became the Head of Customer Experience and Email Marketing for Crossword Hobbyist.
