Cory Crook

Cory Crook is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in leadership roles across various hotel and restaurant operations. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental Services at Crothall Healthcare since September 2017, Cory oversees a team of 130 associates and 11 managerial staff, managing daily operations for a 425-bed facility. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Restaurants and Bars at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where Cory led a team of 30 and significantly improved revenue and guest satisfaction. Additionally, in previous positions at Sheraton Kansas City Hotel and The Westin Crown Center, Cory demonstrated expertise in front office management, housekeeping, and purchasing, resulting in notable accolades such as the AAA Four Diamond rating. Cory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of Central Missouri.
