Austin Jones

Austin Jones has over a decade of experience in environmental engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Waste Programs at Freeport-McMoRan since April 2010. Previous roles at Freeport-McMoRan include Chief Environmental Engineer, Senior Environmental Engineer, Environmental Engineer II, and Environmental Engineer. Prior to this, Austin Jones worked as an Associate at 4 Peaks Environmental Engineering from February 2009 to April 2010. Austin Jones holds a Master of Engineering in Mining Engineering and Mineral Processing from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Business from Wake Forest University, earned from 2005 to 2008.
