Mark Hoyt

Mark Hoyt is a Managing Director of the Pacific Northwest Division of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. Since joining TCR in 2015, Mark has been responsible for all aspects of the development, construction, and operations of the Pacific Northwest.

Mark began his career at Security Properties, which is a Seattle-based multifamily investment and development firm primarily focused on major West Coast markets. For over 11 years, he worked in various capacities in the firm and contributed to closing approximately $1.5 billion of multifamily investments.

Mark received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Sacramento, and a master’s degree in urban planning with a consent
