Matt Chesser

Matt Chesser is the President of Construction for the Mid-Atlantic & Northeast Divisions of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. He oversees the successful construction of all TCR third-party & self-perform projects in these divisions.

Matt brings over 15 years of experience in multifamily construction and has delivered more than 10,000 units in the student housing and multifamily markets.

Prior to joining TCR in 2014, he worked at Juneau Construction and Balfour Beatty Construction.

Matt received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Florida.
