Nathan Schubert

Nathan Schubert is a Senior Managing Director in the Multifamily Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where he is responsible for the multifamily development investment activities and serves as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He also oversees the firm’s Growth and Income platform, which is made up of multiple strategies focused on the development of industrial and multifamily properties in select U.S. markets in partnership with Trammell Crow Residential and Crow Holdings Industrial.

Nathan began his real estate career in 2003 and has been with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 2014. Prior to joining CHC, Nathan was with JPI, where he served in various multifamily development, acquisition, and asset management roles.

Nathan received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas and is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council and The Real Estate Council.
