Joost Fijneman

Joost Fijneman currently serves as the Programmamanager Duurzaamheid at CROW since September 2019, focusing on aligning the organization’s portfolio with sustainability goals for 2030. In addition, Fijneman has held the position of Senior programmamanager Aanbesteden at the Instituut voor Bouwrecht since June 2015. Fijneman's previous roles include Adjunct Directeur Beleid & Vereniging at Bouwend Nederland, where responsibilities included leadership and management within the organization, and Manager of the Advisory Department. Fijneman has also worked at Stichting Aanbestedingsinstituut Bouw & Infra, improving public procurement, and at Grontmij, overseeing legal affairs. Educational qualifications include degrees in Law and Science & Policy from Utrecht University.
