Travis Hamers

Travis Hamers, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Logistics Sales and Business Development at Crowd Cow since October 2025. Prior to this role, Travis held the position of Sales Director at TemperPack from April 2023 to October 2025 and gained experience as an Assistant Manager and Packaging Engineer II at Green Cell Foam from April 2018 to October 2023. As a co-founder of Red Cedar Candle Co. from October 2016 to October 2023, Travis managed supply chain operations and financial statements while enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement. Travis also has a diverse background as a soccer referee for the United States Soccer Federation from August 2008 to October 2023, overseeing games and mediating disputes, as well as internship experiences at Greif, Inc. and DTE Energy, focusing on quality control and database management, respectively. Travis earned a Bachelor of Science in Packaging from Michigan State University between 2014 and 2018.
