Leo Kiernan is a data scientist currently working at Crowder Consulting since June 2023. With extensive experience at Thames Water from February 1999 to November 2021 as a Decision Support Manager, Leo led a team of mathematical modellers, statisticians, and data scientists to provide actionable, data-driven insights for business decisions. Leo holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Practical Applications of Machine Learning and a Bachelor's degree in Cybernetics, both from the University of Reading, with the PhD achieved between 1991 and 1997 and the Bachelor's degree completed between 1986 and 1989.
