Henry Morgan

Henry Morgan has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and HR. Henry started their career at Aditya Birla minacs as an Associate, where they provided customer support and technical solutions. Later, they worked as a Recruiter at Indosys Corporation and Zenith Talent, where they were responsible for screening candidates and managing the applicant process. Henry also worked as an IT Recruiter at Unish Corporation, where they handled all phases of the recruitment process and sourced candidates from various platforms.

In 2016, Henry joined KORE1 as a Senior Technical/IT Recruiter, and then moved on to work as a Recruitment Consultant at a confidential consulting firm. Henry also worked at Crowdstaffing, where they held multiple roles including Senior Technical Recruiter, Team Lead- Recruitment, Account Manager, and Sr Manager- Accounts, Operations and Delivery. In these roles, they managed recruitment procedures, implemented and streamlined recruitment processes, developed HR frameworks and initiatives, and led sourcing strategies across multiple platforms.
