Andrew Harris has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and technology strategy. Andrew is currently the CTO, Global Public Sector at CrowdStrike, where they lead the global expansion in international markets and aligns internal resources for major corporate initiatives. Prior to that, they held the role of Global Senior Director, Public Sector Technology Strategy and Sr. Director, US Public Sector Technology Strategy at CrowdStrike.

Before joining CrowdStrike, Andrew worked at Microsoft in various roles. Andrew served as the Principal PM | Architect, Sovereign Cloud, where they aligned capabilities and architecture across multiple products and organizations, led major contracts opportunities, and evangelized security services. Andrew also worked as Principal PM | CTO, C+AI Customer Experience Engineering, supporting various key Microsoft security products. Additionally, Andrew served as an Architect in the Detection and Response Team (DART) and as a Cyber Security Architect, providing consultation to Fortune 100 companies, governments, and serving as a special advisor to the Pentagon.

Prior to Microsoft, Andrew worked at the United States Department of Defense, where they played a key role in the development and implementation of defensive cyber operations capabilities. Andrew served as the Chief, Strategic Programs and Lead Architect, overseeing the deployment of the Host Based Security System (HBSS) and other capabilities across the Department of Defense.

Andrew's work experience also includes an internship at Audiovox, where they gained practical experience in IT systems and wrote programs to analyze audit logs.

Overall, Andrew Harris has a strong background in cybersecurity, technology strategy, and leadership roles in both the private and public sectors.

Andrew Harris has a BA in Computer Science and an MS in Software Engineering from Pace University. Additionally, they obtained the CEH certification from EC-Council in January 2011 and the CISSP certification from (ISC)2 in 2011.
