Adam Meyers is the SVP of Intelligence at [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike). Adam has over 18 years of experience in the cyber security field. 

Adam started their career in 2000 as the Network Manager for the Democratic National Convention. Adam was responsible for network architecture decisions and day-to-day network operations. Adam then became the Network Manager for the DNCC in January of 2000. 

In 2002, Adam began working at SRA International as the Director of Cyber Security Intelligence. In this role, they provided subject matter expertise in Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, reverse engineering, and intelligence analysis. Adam also provided guidance and strategic vision for emerging SRA offerings and products to bring them to market in support of cyber security operations. In 2012, they left SRA to join [CTIA](/org/ctia). 

In 2016, Adam joined [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike) as the SVP of Intelligence. In this role, they lead a team of analysts who are responsible for providing actionable intelligence on the latest threats facing organizations around the world.

Adam Meyers has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The George Washington University. Adam also has a BA in Political Science/Compute Science from The George Washington University.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Jennifer Johnson (JJ) is responsible for leading CrowdStrike’s global marketing strategy and execution. JJ is a multiple-time CMO in enterprise software with expertise in cybersecurity. She most recently served as CMO at Illumio where she was also a member of the Board of Directors. In addition, she was CMO of Tenable (Nasdaq: TENB) and Amplitude (Nasdaq: AMPL), both of which she led through successful public offerings, as well as CMO at Tanium and Coverity (now Synopsys). Outside of her CMO tenures, JJ was a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz where she worked with its enterprise portfolio companies on go-to-market strategy and currently serves on the Board of Directors at Immersive Labs.

Leveraging a 20-year track record in software marketing with expertise in cybersecurity and IT management, Johnson is a seasoned CMO who has earned a reputation as a bold storyteller well known for helping companies define and dominate market categories. She has run global marketing for leading cybersecurity and technology organizations including Tenable (Nasdaq: TENB) and Amplitude (Nasdaq: AMPL) – both of which she helped lead through successful public offerings – as well as Coverity (now Synopsys) and Tanium. Most recently, she served as CMO at Ilumio, and previously served on the Illumio Board. Johnson also served as a partner at Andreessen Horowitz and a Category Designer in residence at Play Bigger, where she helped clients introduce radically different go-to-market approaches, hone their strategic positioning and disrupt existing markets.

Matthew Polly is the VP of North America Mid-Market Sales at [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike). Matthew has held this position since June of 2017. Prior to that, they were the VP Worldwide Alliances at AppDynamics from March 2013 to June 2017. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Global Software/OEM Industry Sales at [Informatica](/org/informatica) from May 2002 to March 2013. From January 1999 to December 2002, they held various positions within technology and corporate law, including sales, marketing, research, and attorney.

Matthew Polly attended the [University of Virginia](/org/university-of-virginia) for their undergraduate degree, where they studied English. Matthew then attended the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law for their Juris Doctorate.

Jim serves as Chief Sales Officer of [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike). In his role, Seidel is responsible for global sales, customer acquisition and retention, sales enablement, and the company’s partner program.

Jim joined [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike) in 2013, and most recently served as SVP of Sales – Americas. Under Jim’s leadership, the Americas Sales organization developed into a powerful engine, contributing impressively to [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike)’s historic ARR and customer acquisition growth. He opened up EMEA for Sales in 2015, and created multiple programs within the Sales organization that have been adopted globally as best practice. Consistently promoting and developing talent from within Jim has built a strong core leadership Sales team. He is regularly sought out for his counsel from [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike)rs across the company.

After spending over a decade working in cyber security and more than twenty years in field operations, Jim knows what truly drives customer success. His expertise is in solving customer challenges and building and driving effective market strategies. Jim’s approach to success is largely derived from holding himself accountable for meeting his customers’ core objectives and enabling them to realize their own success.

Michael Sentonas is the President of CrowdStrike.

Sentonas was promoted to global CTO in February 2020. With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, Sentonas is a seasoned leader who in his previous role at [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike) was responsible for developing and executing [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike)’s overall technology strategy. In this global role, he directly contributed to formulating key priorities, the technology roadmap, and delivery objectives that have positioned [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike) Falcon® as the world’s leading endpoint protection platform for customers worldwide. Prior to joining [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike), Sentonas served as chief technology and strategy officer, Security Connected at Intel Security. Previously, he was vice president and chief technology officer at Intel Security for Asia Pacific.

Michael Sentonas

Johanna Flower has been leading global teams and growing companies for the past 20+ years. Most recently, she served as CrowdStrike’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – leading all elements of global Marketing from 2014 to 2020, and again in 2022. As CrowdStrike’s first CMO, she guided the company brand from an agile startup to an industry leader in cybersecurity and played a critical role in CrowdStrike’s initial public offering (IPO) in 2019, largely hailed as one of the most successful cybersecurity IPOs in history.

Prior to joining CrowdStrike, Ms. Flower held the role of SVP and Chief Marketing Officer at Websense, Inc. (now Forcepoint LLC). While at Websense, her vision helped shape the firm’s marketing and go-to-market strategies, resulting in the company gaining the largest world-wide market share in web filtering, and achieving global leadership in web, email, and data security.

Ms. Flower currently serves as Independent Board Director for ForgeRock (FORG), where she is also the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and for Freshworks (FRSH). She is also a strategic go-to-market advisor and serves on the board of several high-growth private SaaS companies.

She earned her B.A. (HONS) in Business Administration at the University of Brighton, United Kingdom.

Most recently, Rogers was the global vice president, partner and alliance sales at [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike). 

Rogers has spent his career dedicated to working with partners in the cybersecurity industry. Rogers’s experience is a direct result of coming up through the sales ranks in cybersecurity organizations. 

Prior to [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike), Rogers held executive leadership positions directly supporting alliances and partnerships in McAfee and [Sophos](/org/sophos).

As CrowdStrike’s chief business officer, Daniel Bernard leads the company’s channel, alliances and partnership efforts, while driving growth initiatives and go-to-market strategy for the company’s small and medium business (SMB) customer segment.

A dynamic cybersecurity and cloud expert, Bernard has a strong track record of disrupting markets and accelerating revenue growth through direct and indirect channels. Prior to CrowdStrike, he led channel partnerships and business development and at several high-growth SaaS, Cloud, and cybersecurity companies, including Dropbox and Cylance. Most recently, he served as SentinelOne’s chief marketing officer and is widely recognized for transforming the company’s brand and market awareness. Bernard began his career in investment banking, based in Hong Kong and San Francisco.

Gerhard Watzinger assumed the role of the chairman of the board of [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike) in April 2012. Before [CrowdStrike](/org/crowdstrike), Watzinger served as the chief strategy officer and executive vice president at McAfee, where he was responsible for guiding McAfee’s global business strategy and development. Watzinger has helped accelerate the international expansion of McAfee and has directed the company through numerous successful mergers and acquisitions, which have resulted in record revenue growth and increased market share. He was also the architect of McAfee’s acquisition by Intel, a $7.7B transaction which was one of the largest deals in the security industry. Watzinger has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Technical University of Munich, Germany.

Shawn Henry serves as chief security officer and is one of the company’s longest tenured executive leaders, having joined in 2012 after retiring from the FBI senior executive service. In Henry’s role he oversees all security aspects of CrowdStrike, including the company’s information security, business continuity and resiliency, and risk reduction programs, as well as the physical security of CrowdStrike’s global facilities, personnel, executive protection, and corporate events.

Having founded both CrowdStrike’s security practice and its world-renowned incident response and professional services practice, Shawn’s legendary commitment to “One team. One Fight.” resonates throughout the entire organization, unifying CrowdStrike’s rapidly growing and geographically dispersed workforce. 

 Prior to joining CrowdStrike, Shawn oversaw half of the FBI’s investigative operations as Executive Assistant Director, including all FBI criminal and cyber investigations worldwide, international operations, and the FBI’s critical incident response to major investigations and disasters. He also managed computer crime investigations spanning the globe, established the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force, and received the Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Executive for his leadership in enhancing the FBI’s cyber capabilities. 

Shawn lectures at leading universities, serves on a number of Strategic and Advisory boards, and is a faculty member at the National Association of Corporate Directors. He serves as a keynote speaker at major cyber security conferences around the world and is regularly interviewed on cyber security issues by major broadcast, cable, online, and print media.  Shawn has been the recipient of multiple awards during his time at CrowdStrike, including the NACD Directorship 100, the Federal 100 Award as an impactful IT Community leader, and the inaugural 2021 SC Award for Security Executive of the Year.

As Chief Global Professional Services Officer, Thomas Etheridge oversees CrowdStrike’s entire Professional and Managed Services portfolio including: Incident Response and Forensics Investigative Services, Technical Assessment Services, Cyber Advisory Services, Training, the Falcon Complete managed services offerings and Falcon Overwatch managed threat hunting offerings.

Etheridge offers more than 30 years of management consulting and software services leadership expertise in cybersecurity with industry-leading companies. Etheridge has deep experience building world-class sales and delivery teams, global services channel programs and customer/partner training programs, as well as developing strategies for delivering impactful, product adoption driving solutions with some of the world’s largest companies and government agencies. He is frequently sought after as a spokesperson on topics related to security trends, incident response, security best practices and more.

Thomas Etheridge

Steve McMahon serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and VP Operations of CrowdStrike. In this role, he is responsible for customer success, IT, facilities, business architecture and the global Program Management office.

McMahon has more than 25 years of experience in the high technology space including extensive experience driving hypergrowth at scale across operations and customer success organizations. His Six Sigma training and background has enabled him to drive innovation, standardization and automation within his employers.

Prior to joining CrowdStrike, McMahon spent six years at Splunk, Inc. as the CIO, the VP of Cloud Operations and the VP of Support & Renewals in two-year stints, respectively. Prior to Splunk, he spent 15 years at Cisco Systems in various roles within the Global Support Organization, Acquisitions Integration, Competitive Marketing, Sales Operations and Data Warehousing teams. Before Cisco, Steve was a regional manager of sales at IBM Global Services.

Laura Schumacher is the Vice Chairman, External Affairs and Chief Legal Officer of AbbVie, a FORTUNE 100 global biopharmaceutical company, where she is a member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for global legal, ethics and compliance, health economics outcomes research, corporate brand and communications and government affairs. Prior to AbbVie’s separation from Abbott, she served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel at Abbott. Kurtz is an internationally recognized security expert, author, entrepreneur, and speaker with more than 20 years of experience in the security space. His entrepreneurial background and ability to commercialize nascent technologies has enabled him to drive innovation throughout his career by identifying market trends and correlating them with customer feedback, resulting in rapid growth for the businesses he has run. His prior roles at McAfee, a $3-billion security company, include worldwide chief technology officer and GM, as well as SVP of enterprise. Prior to joining McAfee, Kurtz started Foundstone in October 1999 as the founder and CEO responsible for recruiting the other six founding team members.
