Jay Fogelson

Jay Fogelson, CTPRP, serves as a Principal (Partner) at Crowe since April 2017, where extensive expertise in Operational Risk Management is applied across various initiatives, including Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) and third-party risk management. Previously, Jay held the position of Principal Consultant at GOR Solutions, where independent risk and compliance programs were unified, and served as Vice President of Operational Risk Management at U.S. Bank, overseeing a high-performance team and pioneering a Data Quality Management Program. The educational background includes a Business Administration degree from Winona State University and a Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
