Nikhil Fafat

Nikhil Fafat is a seasoned technology professional with over 15 years of experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Crowe since March 2008, Nikhil has progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant, focusing on custom-built applications in .NET and Java technologies. Prior experience includes software development at RJN Group, where Nikhil contributed to the design and implementation of the Oracle-based CASSWORKS solution, and a brief internship at HSBC exploring the JBOSS JBPM workflow tool. Nikhil began a career in academia as a Teaching Assistant at Northern Illinois University, where responsibilities included instructing C and C++ fundamentals. Nikhil holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
