Ryan Plourde

Ryan Plourde has over 20 years of experience in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology. Ryan is currently the Principal and office managing partner at Crowe in Boston, where they are responsible for designing innovative products and helping organizations utilize technology to solve business problems. From 2008 to 2016, Ryan served as the President & CEO of AbleBridge Inc, a company acquired by Crowe, where they oversaw all aspects of the business and implemented software products and services related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they worked as the COO and Partner at T.H.G. Sales Automation, managing the day-to-day operations of the CRM practice. Ryan also has experience working at IBM, where they served as the Manager of WW Sales Operations and streamlined sales operations for a worldwide sales organization. Additionally, they were a Principal Consultant and founding member of the CRM practice at Enterprise Technology Group (ETG), where they established and operated a profitable CRM practice.

Ryan Plourde attended Keene State College from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
