Carryn Biehl Sheen is a seasoned professional in talent management with extensive experience in strategic roles within prominent law firms. Currently serving as the Firmwide Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Crowell & Moring LLP since September 2015, Carryn is responsible for overseeing the full talent life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
