Dana Casterella

Dana Casterella serves as the Assistant Manager of Legal Talent Acquisition at Crowell & Moring LLP since August 2022, following a diverse career in talent acquisition and legal recruiting at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP from May 2018 to May 2022. During this tenure, Dana held the titles of Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, Talent Acquisition, Lawyer Recruiting Coordinator, and Lawyer Recruiting Assistant. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President of the Associated Students of Whitman College, where responsibilities involved chairing the Student Affairs Committee and collaborating with the Senate and student body to address campus issues. Dana also contributed as a Student Senator, representing class issues and proposing solutions within the student government. Early legal experience includes an internship at the Law Office of Jody Gross, focused on legal case analysis and research. Dana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from Whitman College, completed in 2017, and a High School Diploma from Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart, earned in 2013.
