Carlos Rivera Garin

Carlos Rivera Garin currently serves as the Marine Ops Director for Central America at Crowley, a position held since July 2008. In this role, Carlos provides operational direction for terminals, ensuring adherence to productivity, safety, and efficiency standards, while also guiding subordinates in overcoming obstacles. Previous titles at Crowley include Marine Operations Regional Manager and Maintenance Manager, where responsibilities included monitoring productivity levels, preparing operational reports, and managing maintenance budgets. Prior to Crowley, Carlos worked as an Operations and Maintenance Engineer at ENEE, overseeing distribution line asset management. Carlos holds multiple credentials from the Institute of International Container Lessors, focusing on container and chassis inspection and maintenance, as well as a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras.
