Francheska Bensan

Francheska Bensan has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Francheska started their career in 2003 at Crowley Maritime, where they held various roles such as Human Resources Specialist, Representative, and Manager. In 2012, they joined Deutsche Bank as an HR Business Partner and later became a Vice President of Employee Relations. In 2019, they returned to Crowley as a Human Resources Director and currently serves as the Vice President of HR Business Partnering.

Francheska Bensan obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration between 2002 and 2006. Francheska also obtained additional certifications, including the Strategic People Management Program from Coggin Graduate and Executive Programs in 2022, and the PHR certification from HRCI in 2009.
