Juan Pablo Piedra Garro

Juan Pablo Piedra Garro has extensive experience in maintenance engineering, currently serving as Gerente de Mantenimiento at Crowley Maritime since April 2016. Prior to this role, Juan Pablo worked as a Project Engineer at Chiquita Brands Costa Rica, SRL from January 2008 to February 2016, where responsibilities included designing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs for various electrical and mechanical systems, as well as developing stainless steel piping systems for water management. Juan Pablo holds a Master's Degree in Administracion Ingenieria Electromecanica with an emphasis on Gerencia de Mantenimiento, obtained from the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica in 2013, and an Engineer’s Degree in Ingenieria Mantenimiento Industrial, also from the same institution, completed in 2008.
