Esther Piquer

Esther Piquer serves as Gerente de Mantenimiento at SEAT S.A. since February 2011 and leads initiatives in automation and digitalization within the manufacturing department, focusing on implementing smart factory concepts and innovative technologies. In addition to this role, Esther holds the position of IT Security Service Manager at Start4big since October 2019 and is a member of the Evaluation Committee. Esther's educational background includes studies at IESE Business School in people and team management, a certification as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor from BSI, a Master's degree in Information Security from IMF Business School & Universidad Camilo José Cela, and a degree in Computer Engineering from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
