Stacey K. Jewesak

Stacey K. Jewesak is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Crowley since September 2023, Stacey has previously held significant roles at KPMG US, including Associate Director for Firmwide Curriculum and Tax Learning & Development, where leadership in instructional design was emphasized. Prior to KPMG, Stacey was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank, creating global leadership and management programs. Earlier experience includes roles at Bank of America, Brooks Health System, and Stein Mart, focusing on organizational development and training initiatives. Stacey also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at the University of North Florida, teaching instructional design and consulting on performance solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Florida State University, complemented by coaching certification from iPEC Coaching.
