Karen Murphy has extensive experience in operations, innovation, and project management within the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations & Innovation at CrowleysDFK since July 2019, Karen previously held various roles at Kepak Group from October 2004 to July 2019, including NPD Continuous Improvement Technologist and Human Resources Manager. Earlier career experience includes positions at Green Isle Foods as Technical Manager and at POLDY'S FRESH FOODS LIMITED as Quality Technician. Karen earned a Bachelor of Applied Biosciences degree from Munster Technological University between 1996 and 2000.
