Bethany Brady

Bethany Brady has a diverse work experience in the field of global health and development. Bethany is currently the Director of Global Health at Crown Agents, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Options Consultancy Services from 2018 to 2023, first as an Assistant Director of Programmes and then as the Director of Programmes. In this role, they provided strategic oversight for a complex health and climate change portfolio across Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. From 2015 to 2018, Bethany worked at MannionDaniels as the Head of International Programmes Unit, where they managed and oversaw the technical, operational, and commercial performance of the business unit. Bethany also held the position of Technical Programme Manager at MannionDaniels from 2015 to 2015, where they delivered consulting services and managed projects across various thematic areas. Prior to that, they worked as a Programme Officer at Marie Stopes International from 2012 to 2015, supporting the delivery of sexual reproductive health services across Sub-Saharan Africa. Bethany also has experience as a Project Consultant at SCL Social, where they developed communication campaigns to address social issues, and as a Project Intern at Development Initiatives, where they worked towards poverty elimination.

Bethany Brady completed their education in International Economic Law, Justice, and Development at Birkbeck, University of London, earning a Master of Laws degree from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they studied Journalism at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, receiving a BA Hons degree from 2000 to 2003.
