Sandra Aidoo is an accomplished Office Administrator and Business Development Executive at Crown Agents, where Sandra has provided administrative support to the Country Director and a team of Managers since October 2020, notable for being the first fresh graduate and the only female staff member in the country office. Prior to this role, Sandra served as a Finance & Admin / VFM Project Assistant during a national service, again as the sole female recruit. Sandra's early career included positions at Databank Group, where as Sales Team Lead, performance exceeded sales targets, and as a Marketing & Sales Executive, contributing to successful team sales initiatives. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Professional Studies, complemented by a Higher National Diploma in Marketing from Koforidua Technical University.
