Alvin W. has over 18 years of work experience in various roles and companies in the biotechnology and energy sectors. Alvin is currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Business Operations at Crown Bioscience, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Allergan as an Associate Director and Senior Manager, responsible for overseeing business and clinical operations, managing performance analytics, and driving business initiatives. Alvin also worked at Edison International as a Manager, providing internal business management consultation, leading process improvement projects, and managing company resources. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Operations Manager at Genentech, where they managed IT projects and aligned technology roadmap with department goals. Alvin's first professional experience was as an IT Project Manager at Amgen, where they led and managed cross-functional research and pre-clinical information systems projects.
