Eric Zoglmann has over two decades of experience in business performance improvement and operational management, primarily with Crown Castle since June 2001. Eric's roles have progressed from Database Administrator to Manager of Business Performance, where leadership of cross-functional teams and project management have been key responsibilities. Notable achievements include managing strategic sourcing initiatives for small cell construction services with a significant annual spend and savings potential, developing systems for asset management, and enhancing operational processes across various departments. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and has worked with multiple companies in database administration and analysis prior to joining Crown Castle.
