Kelsey Kohler

Kelsey Kohler serves as the Director of Business Performance, Digital & Business Support at Crown Castle since January 2022, leading cross-functional initiatives in Information Technology, Human Resources, and other corporate functions to drive digital transformation. Previously, Kelsey spent a decade at Momentive in various leadership roles, including Director of Digital Strategy and Business Transformation, where a unified global digital transformation approach was established. Kelsey also acted as Director for Global Digital Transformation during a corporate separation, creating new global organizational structures. As Founder and CEO of Digital Certainty, Kelsey developed cyber-security products and secured initial funding, and as Executive Director at the Center for Economic Growth, Kelsey facilitated significant capital investments in technology start-ups. Early experience includes project leadership at Accenture in digital energy markets and infrastructure. Kelsey holds an MBA in Market Strategy from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Economics and Government from St. Lawrence University.
