Lilia Bailey

Lilia Bailey, CPA, is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in accounting and finance spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Crown Castle since July 2018, Lilia has previously held senior accounting positions at Fibernet Direct and FPL FiberNet, following the merger of the two companies. Prior roles include Assistant Controller at MCM, Controller at The Vizcayans, and various positions at Assurant Solutions, including Sarbanes Oxley Financial Compliance Manager and Internal Audit Manager. Lilia began their career at KPMG, progressing to Supervising Senior Tax Specialist and Supervising Senior - Auditor. Lilia holds a Master's in Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Barry University, complemented by a high school diploma from Monsignor Edward Pace.
