Rachael Dahl Hinojosa

Rachael Dahl Hinojosa currently serves as Director of Sales Operations at Crown Castle, where focus lies on revenue growth, sales effectiveness, go-to-market strategy, and lead to cash process excellence. Rachael also acts as an Advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer and EVP of Corporate Development, M&A, Product, and Strategy. Prior experience includes roles at Deloitte, Aon, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Mosbacher Institute for Trade, Economics, and Public Policy, and a Graduate Research Fellow at the National Nuclear Security Administration. Rachael is pursuing an Executive MBA at Rice Business and holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
