Roger Paschal

Roger Paschal currently serves as the Vice President of Channel Sales at Crown Castle, a position held since March 2020. With extensive experience in channel sales management, Roger previously held multiple leadership roles at Lumen Technologies, including Vice President of Indirect Channel East and Senior Director of Indirect Channel for the Eastern U.S., where responsibilities included building and managing a significant sales organization. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President and General Manager at tw telecom and roles at AT&T, Exario Communications, Internet Connect, and Access America Telemanagement. Roger Paschal earned a BS/BA degree in Psychology, Theater, and Drama from Indiana University Bloomington.
