Timothy Grace

Timothy Grace is a seasoned executive currently serving as the interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Crown Castle. They previously held the position of Global Head of People & Culture at Helen of Troy and Chief Human Resources Officer at Laureate International Universities. With significant experience in HR leadership roles, Timothy has also contributed as EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Toys"R"Us and Vice President of Human Resources at Schindler Elevator Corporation. Timothy’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia, along with studies in Executive Leadership at IMD and Labor and Industrial Relations at West Virginia University.
