Alicja Blount

Alicja Blount is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic account management and business development within leading organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Account Management and Business Development at Crown Commercial Service since November 2021, Alicja focuses on cultivating long-term relationships with public sector organizations, including the Department for Transport and associated Executive Agencies. Prior to this role, Alicja held several key positions at Springer Nature, including Head of Strategic Account Management for Open Access and Strategic Operations Manager. Alicja's career began at BioMed Central as Membership Accounts Manager and includes roles at Solutions Polska and Pracownia. Educationally, Alicja holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II, a Postgraduate Degree in Clinical Psychology from Gdański Uniwersytet Medyczny, and completed a management program at Cranfield School of Management.
