Richard Bentinck

Richard Bentinck is an experienced procurement and technology sourcing professional currently serving as Deputy Director at Crown Commercial Service since May 2023, overseeing a significant portfolio of £5 billion in expenditure for hardware and software. Previously, Bentinck held various senior roles including Deputy Director - Technology Solutions and Outcomes at Eaton and Head of Technology Procurement at Entain. With extensive experience at KPMG, Nestlé, Citi, Northern Trust, JPMorgan Chase, Cable & Wireless, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Bentinck has demonstrated expertise in sourcing IT products, managing complex commercial relationships, and leading cross-functional teams for substantial outsourcing and technology transformation initiatives.
