Vice President of Customer Experience at Crown Data Systems

Ted Dennis has accumulated over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Ted is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Crown Data Systems since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at designDATA from April 2020 to January 2022. At designDATA, they were responsible for overseeing five client service teams and the infrastructure services team, ensuring outstanding customer retention and successful onboarding of new accounts.

Before joining designDATA, Ted worked at The CBORD Group Inc for a significant period. Ted held multiple roles including Director of Technical Support and Customer Experience from October 2007 to July 2017. In this role, they provided leadership and vision to a market-leading software technical support and customer experience management organization, serving global business customers. Ted also served as the General Manager for the Asia-Pacific region at The CBORD Group Inc, where they provided leadership, oversight, and support for implementation, support, training, and sales functions.

Ted's earlier experiences include working as a Project Manager at Hard Rock Cafe International, where they directed the implementation of an enterprise-wide food cost management system across North America and Europe. Ted also served as a Project Leader in Information Services at Walt Disney World, managing teams responsible for the development and support of various information systems.

Throughout their career, Ted Dennis has demonstrated strong strategic leadership, operational management skills, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Ted Dennis has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Cornell University.
