Senior Asset Manager, Offshore Wind at Crown Estate

Charles Green is a Senior Asset Manager for Offshore Wind at Crown Estate. Charles has been with the company since April 2006 and has played a vital role in the management of The Crown Estate's offshore wind farm lease interests in UK waters.

Green has been instrumental in the renegotiation of leases and security for OFTO transactions and facilitating new investment into offshore wind. Charles also manages all aspects of property and estate interests for operational and under construction sites. In addition, Green facilitates joint industry projects to assist industry progression and cost reduction.

Prior to joining The Crown Estate, Green worked as an Assistant Land Steward for the Duchy of Cornwall, covering estates from Somerset to Shropshire and Oxfordshire. Their responsibilities included property sales, tenancy and lease negotiations, rent reviews and valuations, estate renovation programmes, planning applications, development proposals and management plans.

Green began their career as a Surveyor for Dreweatt Neate in July 1999. Charles held this position until December 2002.

Charles Green studied estate and land management at the University of Plymouth, followed by Wells Blue School.

They are on a team with Joshua Tobin - Investment Director, Charles Copper - Asset Director, Residential, and Sion Roberts - Marine Consents Manager. Charles Green reports to Dan Labbad, Chief Executive, Executive Board Member and Second Commissioner.
