James Varley

James Varley is an accomplished professional in asset management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Head of Asset Management for the Regional Portfolio at The Crown Estate, James previously held key leadership positions at British Land, including Head of Regionals & HUT, Head of Retail Assets for Scotland & North, and Asset Manager for Retail. Earlier in their career, James was involved with the Investment and Valuation Advisory Teams at DTZ. James holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Property from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Leeds.
