Steve Pomeroy is an experienced commercial manager with a robust background in the construction industry. Currently at Crown House Technologies since 2006, Steve focuses on the commercial delivery of construction projects, particularly data centres. Prior experience includes leading commercial aspects of data centre schemes at Laing O'Rourke from 2005 to present, and serving as M&E Commercial Manager on PFI school projects at Wates from January 2004 to September 2005. Additionally, Steve held the role of M&E Commercial Manager at Laing O'Rourke from 1997 to 2003.
