Jon Grafton

Jon Grafton is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager at Society Insurance since January 2017. With extensive experience in underwriting, Jon has progressed through various roles, including Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter and Commercial Lines Underwriter I and II. Responsibilities include assessing the acceptability of commercial business accounts and pricing policies based on profit potential and company guidelines. Prior to Society Insurance, Jon held positions at J. F. Ahern Co. as an Estimator and Sales Representative, and at Fedco Batteries as a Regional Sales Manager. Jon's career also includes service as a Sergeant of Marines in the United States Marine Corps and technical roles at Mid-States Aluminum Corp. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and an Associate of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac.
