Nicola Barone

Nicola Barone is a Senior Human Resources Manager at Crown + Conquer since June 2021. Prior to this, Nicola served as a People & Culture Manager at Shondaland from July 2017 to June 2021 where they initiated and developed key HR processes and supported the company through growth. Additionally, Nicola has experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Brighthive and as an AmeriCorps Volunteer at Notre Dame Mission Volunteers, providing teaching and tutoring services. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton.
