Lauran Batista has over 25 years of work experience in various roles in the operations and administration field. Lauran started their career at Archstone-Smith as a Software/Operations Trainer and Property Manager and worked there for almost 10 years. In 2007, they joined The Bainbridge Companies as the Vice President of Operations & Administration, where they worked for 13 years. In 2020, Lauran became the CEO & Founder of AvaTech Operations until August 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Crown Residential since July 2021.
From 1990 to 1994, Lauran Batista attended Florida Atlantic University. During this time, they studied Business Administration with a concentration in CAM (Certified Apartment Manager).
