Jade Knox

Jade Knox is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Group General Manager of IT Operations at Crown Resorts since October 2014, Jade has held various leadership roles including General Manager of IT and Senior Manager of IT at Crown Melbourne, as well as Senior Manager of the Global Project Management Office. Prior to Crown Resorts, Jade was Technology Lead and Program Director at City of Dreams Macau and Program Director of IT at Melco Resorts & Entertainment. Jade holds a Bachelor of Business Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology, a Master of Business Administration from Victoria University, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Victoria University.
