Jade Launech

Jade Launech (Vincini) is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture - Shared Services and Group People & Culture Manager at Crown Resorts since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jade held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Forever New from March to July 2022, and was a People & Education Partner at MECCA Brands from October 2021 to April 2022. Jade's career at Crown Resorts began in January 2017, progressing from HR Coordinator to HR Advisor and Human Resources Support Associate. Earlier experience includes roles at The Australian Red Cross Blood Service as an Internal Recruitment Resourcer and Administrator, and as a Recruitment Resourcer at Bridge Consulting. Jade holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Deakin University, completed in 2014, and a VCE from Genazzano FCJ College, attained in 2010.
