Sam Wong

Sam Wong has a strong background in risk assurance and financial crime advisory. They most recently worked at Crown Resorts as the Head of Risk Assurance. Prior to that, Sam held various roles at National Australia Bank and Commonwealth Bank, where they were responsible for financial crime compliance and audit management. Sam also gained experience at KPMG as an Assistant Manager.

Sam Wong studied at the University of Sydney from 2002 to 2006, majoring in Commerce/Science. In addition, Sam has obtained a Chartered accountant (CA) certification in 2010 and completed a Diploma in AML/CTF from the International Compliance Association in 2016. More recently, Sam obtained a Graduate Diploma in AML and CTF from the Australian Financial Markets Association, although the specific year is not provided.
