Shayna McAuliffe

Shayna McAuliffe has a strong background in the casino and entertainment industry. Shayna began their career at Jupiters Hotel & Casino in 2010, where they worked in casino operations with a focus on VIP services. In 2012, they joined The Star Entertainment Group as a VIP Customer Relations Executive, and later moved up to become a VIP Marketing Executive, specializing in domestic sales. In 2018, they joined Crown Resorts as a VIP Sales Manager before being promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing for table games and gaming machines in Queensland and New South Wales. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President of Domestic Sales & Marketing at Crown Resorts.
