Grace Sturz

Grace Sturz, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Benefits Coordinator and Corporate Human Resources Coordinator at Crown Holdings, Inc. since January 2023. Grace has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as a Human Resources Administrator and Assistant at Valiant Energy Service, LLC since May 2020. From December 2020 to December 2021, Grace held the position of Vice President of Programming for Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority, where leadership and program implementation were key responsibilities. Prior internships include a role at Rider University's Office of Service and Civic Engagement, which involved organizing community service opportunities and liaising with community partners. Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from Rider University, obtained in 2022, and graduated from Exeter Township Senior High School in 2019.
