Sofiene Ben Ali

Sofiene Ben Ali is an experienced plant manager with a career spanning over two decades in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Crown Holdings, Inc. since July 2024, Sofiene previously held the same position at Autoliv for a short period. Prior experience includes serving as Plant Manager at Sumitomo Electric Bordnetze SE from September 2021 to October 2023 and as Supply Chain Director at The HEINEKEN Company for nearly a decade. Sofiene also gained valuable experience in various managerial roles at DRÄXLMAIER Group and LEONI, including responsibilities in production management and project leadership.
