Alfie Callan-Shropshall

Alfie Callan-Shropshall's work experience is as follows:

- Currently, they are the Head of Talent Acquisition at Crownpeak, a global DXP provider. Alfie is responsible for managing the team that handles the full Talent Acquisition life cycle for every role in the company. As the first full-time Talent specialist at Crownpeak, they built the Talent Acquisition function from scratch.

- Previously, they worked as the Lead Talent Partner at Causaly, where they built the Talent function from the ground up. Unfortunately, their role was made redundant due to funding issues. During their time at Causaly, they helped the company grow from 55 to 96 employees.

- Prior to that, they were the Recruitment Lead at Smart Pension, where they oversaw recruitment for the non-technical side of the business. Alfie played a key role in the company's growth from 200 to over 700 employees. Alfie also worked as a Recruiter at Smart Pension, focusing on non-technical needs and leading hiring strategy for Design.

- Alfie also worked as a Consultant specializing in UX & Service Design at Futureheads Recruitment.

- Earlier in their career, they worked as a Technical Recruitment Consultant at IT Talent.

Alfie Callan-Shropshall attended The London Oratory School from 2008 to 2013, where they pursued their high school education and obtained their GCSE certification. From 2013 to 2016, they enrolled at The London Oratory Sixth Form, where they completed their A2 level education. During this time, their field of study included A2 Economics (B), Business Studies (A), and Geography (B), along with AS level English Language (B) and Politics (B).
