Walter Leicher

Walter Leicher is the current CSO at Crownpeak. Prior to joining Crownpeak, they were the Chief Growth Officer at Cushman & Wakefield from April 2017 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for growth in revenue and EBITDA, ideation and execution of strategy, focus on the client value chain, and alignment of service lines with external market dynamics. Under their leadership, Brainware Consulting Corporation saw significant growth in both transaction volume and value. Walter also led multiple initiatives to save the company over $250 million in costs.

Leicher has a long history of success in the business world. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, they were the Principal at Brainware Consulting Corporation from February 2016 to April 2017. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's consulting operations and supporting its clients' needs. Walter was also responsible for post-acquisition integration and performance, as well as establishing and managing an enterprise PMO. Through their efforts, they helped the company save $23 million in costs.
